The FOOD ZURICH festival takes place once a year. It offers culinary innovators, start-ups, restaurateurs and pioneers a stage for 11 days to present their forward-looking ideas. Over 100 events take place in and around Zurich. For years, I have been given the opportunity to visit and photograph some of these events. This year I was also responsible for designing posters for the Opening at Jelmoli Food Market under the theme "Farm to table".
